About the role

Pheonix Builders Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Builder to join our growing team in Lidcombe, NSW. As an Apprentice Builder, you will have the opportunity to learn the trade and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. This is a full-time position with on-the-job training and the chance to work towards a formal qualification.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with a variety of construction tasks, including framing, Waterproofing, bricklaying, and general site work

• Gaining hands-on experience in different aspects of the building trade

• Following instructions and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship

• Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

• Collaborating with the team to deliver successful projects

What we're looking for

• A passion for the building trades and a willingness to learn

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• A commitment to working safely and following instructions

• Ideal for TAFE or University students studying building construction who want a hand on role
