AUDIO VISUAL INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN - SYDNEY

Desire Audio Visual is a leading provider of audio-visual solutions within the Education and Corporate markets, dedicated to delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Audio Visual Installer to join our team Monday to Friday. The position will be based out of our Sydney office in Prestons.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of audio-visual equipment, primarily interactive flat screens, data projectors, speakers, stage lighting, PA and control systems.

Work closely with other technicians to ensure installations are completed to the highest standards.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.

Handle minor troubleshooting and provide technical support.

Requirements:

Proven experience with hand tools.

Computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Experience with computer coding / programming.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

NSW manual drivers licence.

Current General Contruction Induction card.

NSW Working with Children's Check (WWCC) clearance.

Desired but not essential requirements:

Programming experience of AV systems.

IT related experience.

Project Management experience.
