• Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas to create a welcoming and restorative environment.
• Prune, plant, weed, and care for outdoor spaces to enhance their beauty and function.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools.
• Identify and implement improvements to the hospital’s outdoor areas.
• Ensure all gardening work meets workplace health and safety standards.
• Support sustainability initiatives by promoting water-wise gardening and responsible waste management.
• Contribute to patient wellbeing by creating a calm and beautiful outdoor environment that enhances healing and recovery.

• Proven experience in garden and grounds maintenance.
