Responsibilities:

• Perform whole carcass butchering, ensuring precise cuts and following industry standards
• Prepare and display meat trays with utmost care and attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their meat selection, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Qualified Butchers: 

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in whole carcass butchering
• Proficiency in meat cutting techniques and knowledge of various cuts
• Team-oriented mindset, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment

Apprentice Butchers

• Ability to work full time
• Reliable and punctual
