About the role

As a Photocopier/Printer Technician & Installer at FUJI MPS, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of photocopiers, printers, and multifunction devices. This full-time role is based in Melbourne, Victoria and involves working on-site with our clients to ensure their office equipment is functioning efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Install, configure, and test new photocopiers, printers, and multifunction devices at client sites
• Diagnose and repair faults in office equipment, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation of their equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and installations
• Liaise with suppliers and order parts as needed to complete repairs in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical qualifications in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a photocopier/printer technician or in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in IT (Desktop/Server/Networking) with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with document management software installation and configuration is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients
• Familiarity with a range of office equipment
• Have the ability to do some heavy lifting where required
• A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
