About the role

Compass Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Sydney. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to a growing and dynamic organisation. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to residential and commercial customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing issues
• Installing, maintaining, and servicing plumbing systems and fixtures
• Providing advice and recommendations to customers on plumbing-related matters
• Advising fellow works on plumbing solutions. 
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
• Maintaining detailed records and providing timely reporting on all completed work
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Tradesman Plumber, with strata and real estate maintenance. 
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of plumbing systems and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to working safely and efficiently
