We are a dynamic and growing company, seeking a Labourer or Civil worker to join our team in building Victoria's telecommunications and electrical infrastructure.

We're a tight-knit crew specialising in the construction of phone towers and electrical infrastructure across regional Victoria.  We believe in a collaborative work environment where everyone's voice is heard and hard work is rewarded.

What You'll Do as an Labourer /civil worker:

• The successful applicant will need to be willing to travel for work, our sites are in regional areas throughout Victoria. Typically, we leave as a team on Monday and return Friday. All accommodation and transport is provided along with LAFHA.
• Assist with concrete pouring, backfilling, and site cleanup.
• Follow instructions working along side trades.
• Operate and maintain excavators and other heavy machinery (including bobcats and skid steers) for various construction tasks, such as trenching, footing preparation, and site preparation.
• Work alongside other team members to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
• Entry level positions available with the chance to gain valuable experience.

What You Bring:

• A desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work occasional weekends when needed
• Safely operate and work around powertools.
• An understanding of excavation principles and safety procedures around plant and equipment on the job site.
• Excavation experience is preferred but not essential.
• A Heavy Rigid (HR) license is preferred but not essential.
• Carpentry / form working experience preferred but not essential
