ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to join the Autobarn family in the role of Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets!

The Sales Assistant reports to the Store Manager, and has a focus on:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service
  • Creating a safe and secure working environment
  • Achieving Store Sales Targets
  • Being Responsible for Stock Management
  • Ensuring a Clean & Tidy Working Environment 
  • Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & Instructions
  • Parts Knowledge would be an advantage but not essential

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In addition to having a true passion for cars, the ideal candidate will have: 

  • Retail experience in the automotive sector, preferred but not essential 
  • Strong Work Ethic & Organisation Skills
  • Prior Experience in Customer Service or in Retail Industry
  • Authentic Passion for Customer Service
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Eagerness to Continuously Learn
