Real Estate Inspector - Junior Role - No Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Platinum Property Co' team as a Real Estate Inspector - Junior Role. This is a full-time position based in Ardross, WA 6153. No prior experience is required for this entry-level role, as comprehensive training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct property inspections and document the condition of rental properties
• Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants regarding property maintenance and repairs
• Work well as part of our inspections team in a fast paced working environment 

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately document property conditions
• A keen interest in the real estate industry and a willingness to learn
• Proficient in using iPhones and basic technologies 
• A valid driver's licence - company car is provided
