We are specifically looking for individuals interested in up-skilling in the following field due to rapid integration:

On-market Metering: Become proficient in installing, maintaining, and calibrating various types of meters used in electrical systems. Gain a deep understanding of metering technologies, protocols, and associated software.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Learn and specialize in Smart Metering.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative electrical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Desire to up-skill in On-market Metering, Off-market Metering, EV Charging.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Current QLD Electrical License
• CPR/LVR (Required)
• Previous experience installing Smart meters (desirable but not mandatory) (in house training provided)
• Type 4 Metering Certificate (desirable but not mandatory) Training will be provided to successful applicants
• QLD Driver’s License
• Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
• Construction White Card (Mandatory)
• Candidates must have working rights in Australia
• Must be able to work in regional areas occasionally
• Must have your own tools (working towards) (Specialised testing equipment is provided)
• Sound communication skills, strong teamwork, pride in your work and adherence to safe work practices 
• Ability to undergo or provide, a recent Police Clearance and Working with Children.
