Civil Laboures

Workforce International Pty Ltd is seeking passionate Civil Labourers to join our team in the Crescent Head area. We are looking for someone who can commence in the new year. Whilst we always welcome experienced people, these roles are open to those that have considered a career in civil but never had the opportunity!

What you’ll be doing:

• Digging holes and shoveling 
• Site delineation 
• Gravel bagging
• De-watering
• Spotting machinery
• Putting up and dismantling fences
• Filling sandbags  
• Back filling storm water and drainage 
• General civil labouring duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Hold a construction white card 
• Ability to perform manual and repetitive tasks 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to take direction from supervisors
• Reliable transport 
• Ability to pass a medical including drug and alcohol screenings
