We're Hiring: Mobile Phone Technician – BuzzTech Moonee Ponds

Essential Attributes:

  • Proven ability in technical repairs for all Apple and Samsung devices (12+ months experience preferred).
  • Strong people skills and a knack for solving problems.
  • Ability to stay calm and maintain a customer-first focus while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule of repairs.
  • Genuine passion for repairing devices, knowing how important they are to each client.

Additional Requirements:

  • Eagerness to learn about mobile products and continually improve your repair skills.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing responsibilities and accountability.
  • Flexibility with your schedule – hours will be based on business needs.
