Bilingual Operations & E-Commerce Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to support our Operations Manager in streamlining overseas procurement processes and maintaining our online store. This role involves collaborating on international purchase orders, managing Shopify inventory, and occasionally traveling overseas to our factory in China for extended periods (2+ weeks at a time). Fluency in Chinese is essential, while experience in Shopify or the automotive industry is not required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in preparing and managing overseas purchase orders.
• Update website content, including product descriptions and SKU codes.
• Add new products to our Shopify store and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and factory staff during overseas visits.
• Facilitate communication between English and Chinese-speaking teams.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel overseas (China) for extended periods.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• (Preferred but not essential) Prior experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
