Supervisor - Pest Technician

Our Karratha branch in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Pest Management Technician/Supervisor to join its team and provide support and leadership in the Pilbara region.

This is a RARE opportunity with a 4x1 family home included in the remuneration package. We will also cover your utility expenses.

 To be successful in this role you need;

• A current Pest Management licence;
• Experience in the pest management industry; 
• Experience leading a small team desirable
• A current Australian manual driver's licence;
• An ability to be self-sufficient and work autonomously;
• Good verbal and written communication skills; and
• A team-oriented approach with excellent customer service skills

The responsibilities will include:

• Stock management;
• Lead a small team of pest technicians;
• Assist in training of new employees;
• Perform thorough inspections and assessments of client homes/businesses;
• Develop and implement pest management plans;
• Apply pest management treatments safely and effectively; and
• Complete detailed reports of treatments and inspections.
