What you'll contribute to

An exciting opportunity for a Finance Coordinator to join Lexus Australia in a Max Term role until 31st December 2025

The Finance Coordinator is primarily responsible for administering within the daily finance operations of Lexus Australia, in particular the Lexus Encore program, in order to support the achievement of Lexus Mid Term Plan.

This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.

How you'll make an impact

  • Work with the Senior Divisional Coordinator on the development of policies and standards for finance business administration in order to achieve Lexus objectives.
  • Support the Lexus Australia Division by providing day-to-day operational support in purchase order creation, invoice processing, and incentive payment.
  • Support the Strategy, Finance and Business Development team with the operation of the Lexus Encore and Encore Platinum Program, including maintaining systems and transactions within the programs.
  • Contribute to the policy development, review, implementation and maintenance of multiple funds which may include payment, statement, and audit preparation.
  • Assist with providing Encore Platinum Electrified Benefits by coordinating purchase order creation, suppliers invoice processing, and invoicing Dealers.
  • Assist with Lexus supplier management by coordinating supplier contract and supplier performance review updating.
  • Assist with engaging and responding to queries from Dealers and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assists with identifying processes and working as a team to enhance improvements.
  • Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Lexus' risk exposure and liabilities.

Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Tertiary or degree qualification in Business or Finance.
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in relevant positions.
  • Software proficiency, such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP (desirable).
  • Proven ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, a can-do attitude and strong enthusiasm.
  • Proven efficient coordination, organisation, and admin skills.
  • Understanding of the Australian automotive market and experience in a luxury brand is desirable.
