About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter specialising in CAT and Komatsu machinery to join our dynamic team.

This role involves working on WA1200 loaders, CAT 994 loaders, and CAT mining trucks, ensuring top-tier maintenance and reliability for our fleet.

The role requires a candidate chasing a fixed 8:6 roster.

The opportunity offers progression within OEMX, with a broad spectrum of specialised projects/roles within the company.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with CAT and Komatsu equipment, particularly WA1200s, 994s, and CAT trucks.
Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to quality maintenance practices.
A background as an Ex-PSA (Product Support Advisor) is highly regarded.
Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Safety-focused with a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
Efficient and thorough Diagnosing, Maintaining & Repairing skills.
Good attitude with a solid work ethic.

Minimum qualification requires for this role:

Certificate III, including at least four years of on-the-job training;
Certificate IV; or at least four years of relevant experience in lieu of the formal qualification above.
