Ireland's of Cairns have an opportunity for a Junior Automotive Accounts Administrator to join our well-established team. This full time position will have you working in our Toowoomba Hub location with our highly experienced QLD Provincial Administration team.

About this role:

The role is an all rounder position which includes but is not limited to:

Management of Accounts Payable Supplier Portal
Dealing with Portal exceptions and rejections
Liaising with Department Managers across dealership hubs
Monthly Creditor reconciliations
Weekly/Fortnightly/End of month payments to suppliers
Prepare expenditure reports for end of month reporting
Completing new supplier credit applications
Creating new Supplier Accounts
Maintain vendor accounts to ensure information is correct and up to date
Ad-hoc administration and general accounts-related tasks where required
Training will be provided
