We are Alliance Climate Control, located in Alexandria. We are looking for a gun Air conditioning technician to send to new and existing clients and help them with their needs.

About you

You’re a real problem solver. You have great attention to detail, and people get annoyed at you for always pointing out the problems in other people's work. You’re so good at what you do, you do it because you are passionate, and you look at your work as an artwork masterpiece. You love to make your clients happy and see them smile at the end of an Installation.

You want to work somewhere that doesn’t rush you through 7-10 appointments in a day but would instead take the time you need to get it right and ensure the client is 100% happy.  

You’re sick of working with unorganised people, poor scheduling, lazy staff and lousy management. 

You want to work somewhere that offers you more than work and a salary. You know how good you are and want to work for someone who appreciates and rewards it but makes you even better. 

*3rd-4th Service tech apprentices are welcome to apply.

 

Skills & Attributes

• Qualified or have extensive experience 5+ 
• An excellent communicator 
• Self-driven, reliable and has a positive attitude 
• Have residential installation experience 
• Great at problem-solving and enjoying a challenge 
• He is well-groomed and takes pride in his appearance 
• Must have Domestic Air Conditioning service experience
• You believe you're the BEST
