The Kitchen Centre is a family-owned business that has been building dream kitchens and joinery for our loyal customers for over 30 years. This (once small) family-owned business has since proudly flourished into state-wide showrooms and a factory based in Launceston.

Due to ever expanding growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our on-site team as a qualified Cabinet Maker/Joiner in Devonport.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings to execute projects accurately. 
  • Utilize a variety of tools and machines, such as saws, routers, and drills to cut, shape and assemble components. 
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organised working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.  

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualification in Cabinetmaking/Joinery
  • Experience installing kitchens, vanities, robes etc
  • You will have the ability to work with others
  • Problem solving skills
  • Organised and reliable
  • Hold a manual driver's licence
  • Display's an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints.
