Budget Car and Truck Rental is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our Tuggerah Team due to an increase in business and expansion of our network. To be successful in this position you will need to:

  • Be a talented and credible leader with demonstrated understanding of the difference between management and leadership
  • Be able to motivate and manage a team of operational staff at your location
  • Take responsibility for the morale and productivity of your team and to lead from the front by providing guidance and support to the members of your team
  • Have a strong drive to sell (upsell, cross sell) and cultivate internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Have excellent time management and scheduling skills
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Display strong computing skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Have a current unrestricted driver licence
  • Work well in a team environment

Previous experience within the Car Rental industry as well as a solid knowledge of commercial vehicles will be looked on favourably. We offer an attractive Salary Package with full training, uniform and a great incentive scheme to the right applicant.
