Podger Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning is looking for a Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technician to join our expert team!

About the role

As the successful applicant, your duties as a Technician will include but not be limited to:

• service breakdowns & routine maintenance on Refrigeration & Commercial Air Conditioning Units
• service breakdowns & routine maintenance on Ice makers
• service breakdowns & routine maintenance on Cool rooms & Freezer rooms
• service breakdowns & routine maintenance on Industrial freeze dryers
• occasional install work on varying commercial sites.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Full Refrigeration Mechanic qualifications (or potentially a 4th year apprentice)
• Valid Australian driving licence
• Valid Electrical D licence
• Valid Refrigeration licence 
• Own basic and relevant hand tools (company will provide the rest)
• Ability to work independently 
• Availability to be on-call one week a month 

Experience in both Refrigeration & Air conditioning experience will be highly regarded.
