AS A APPLICATIONS ANALYST YOU WILL…
The Application Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth operational management and support of critical applications within the organization. This role involves daily task management, log review, monitoring management, and comprehensive application support and troubleshooting. The role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance application performance, address technical issues, and support business objectives.

The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
• Execute daily operational and support tasks related to application management, security, compliance, monitoring,
performance, and availability
• Provide technical and application troubleshooting support for end-users
• Undertake various project and bulk operational tasks
• Respond to monitoring alerts, diagnose issues, and escalate as necessary
• Analyse log data to detect and remediate anomalies, performance issues, and security threats
• Analyse application performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all managed applications

Essential
• Solid experience in IT Operations Management
• Proven experience in end-to end operational management of applications and services that reside onpremise
and in the cloud. This includes, system administration, cloud computing, scripting and automation,
database management, monitoring and performance management, and incident and problem management
• Strong log analysis, root cause analysis, and technical problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of monitoring processes and solutions (e.g. AppManager, Azure Monitor, Application
Insights etc.)
• Experience with administration and management of cloud technologies
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
• Experience with database management and database troubleshooting (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Postgres)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Desirable
• Knowledge of asset financing / fleet leasing products
• Admin experience with Atlassian toolsets including Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
• Software development experience
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Experience with Dynamics 365/Power platform, Reporting and Analytics (Power Bi, Databricks etc)
