Join The Bread Spot as a full-time Baker Apprentice in Langwarrin, VIC. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the art of baking and start your career in the trades and services industry. As a Baker Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting experienced bakers in the preparation and baking of high-quality breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Learning proper mixing, kneading, shaping, and proofing techniques
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Ensuring all products meet company standards for taste, texture, and appearance
• Providing excellent customer service and assistance to customers
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your baking skills

What we're looking for

• A passion for baking and a keen interest in the bread, cake and pastry's industry
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a bakery or food service role would be an advantage, but not essential
