Hinterland Toyota have an exciting opportunity available for a Full Time Panel Beater to join our vibrant Body & Paint Team at Nerang.

About the role

Reporting to our Body & Paint Shop Manager, your duties include but not limited to: 

• Perform quality panel repairs across a wide range of makes and models. 
• Excellent workmanship and handling of removing, repairing, and refitting all panels and parts 
• Carry out vehicle repair tasks as per job card requirements within set timeframes
• Perform extensive quality control checks to ensure Toyota standards are met. 
• Ensure set processes are adhered to across the department. 
• Cultivate a safe working environment ensuring the correct operation of tools / specialised equipment. 
• Contribute to the positive team culture. 

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 Years experience working in a Paint and Panel Repair Centre. 
• Ability to work autonomously and as a valued member of the team.
• Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a job done right the first time.
• Must be a Qualified Panel Beater
• A Current Manual Driver’s Licence
