We are looking for a Building Inspector to join our team! 

This full-time role involves conducting building progress inspections, defect assessments, and strata reporting. Ideal candidates are WA Registered Building Practitioners with 5+ years of experience and strong attention to detail. Join our growing team today!

As a Home Integrity Building Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our inspection services. You will be responsible for conducting a range of inspections, including building progress inspections, defect inspections, and strata reporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and key stakeholders, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Inspections: Perform building progress inspections, defect assessments, and strata reporting.
  • Ensure Quality: Deliver accurate, detailed, and timely reports that uphold our 5-star reputation.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, builders, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure clear communication.
  • Drive Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date.


About You

  • Registered Builder: WA Registered Building Practitioner (essential)
  • Experienced: 5+ years in residential or commercial building.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • Professional & Adaptable: You handle multiple tasks with ease and be professional under pressure.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to team culture.
