Iceman Group of Companies offers over 35 years’ experience in servicing the transport industry. Within Iceman Group of Companies, Transport Innovators is responsible for the servicing and repairs of transport trailers. 

We are looking for a Mechanical Workshop Foreman/Manager to join our site in Dandenong South. Working alongside a team of experts, you will have an opportunity to lead our staff to ensure that projects are completed on time.

Day to day you will be:

• Managing a small team (three trailer mechanics and one refrigeration mechanic) and assigning work to be completed
• Working to tight deadlines in both a team and autonomously
• Using your problem-solving skills to solve any issues that arise
• Liaising with the customers to ensure that all work is complete to their expectations
• Using your attention to detail to ensure your work is of good quality
• Assisting in trailer servicing

Our requirements for the role are:

• Trailer Mechanical trade certificate
• Experience in a fleet workshop
• Experience managing a team 
• Experience working with customers to book in work
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
