You will

•  Foster meaningful relationships with the children, families, fellow Educators, and the wider centre community
•  Develop and implement an innovative early learning program in line with best practice
•  Observe children’s strengths, development needs, interests and play and create personalised learning opportunities catered to these
•  Document children’s learning and development, sharing information and key milestones with families

About you

•  You’ll be able to create a warm and welcoming environment and share your passion for caring for children and supporting their learning. You will be committed to developing your own expertise, making a difference in early years learning, and working closely with other team members to provide an excellent experience for Aurrum children.

Additionally, you will have:

•  A Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA recognised equivalent
•  A practical understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
•  An up to date working with children check (WWCC) and children protection certificate, or willingness to obtain
