Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Accessory Fitters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of aftermarket accessories, including but not limited to, audio systems, lighting upgrades, navigation systems, roof racks, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Install a wide range of automotive accessories according to manufacturer specifications and customer preferences.
• Perform pre-installation inspections to assess vehicle compatibility and identify any potential issues.
• Ensure proper fitment and alignment of accessories, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues that may arise during the fitting process.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers on product selection and installation options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an automotive accessory fitter or similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow installation instructions accurately.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and installation techniques.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
